Service Description

AllTheLeaks provides leak detection, monitoring, and prevention services using sensor technology and software platforms. Our services include:

Installation and maintenance of leak detection equipment
Real-time monitoring and alert systems
Data analysis and reporting
Customer support and technical assistance

Important: Our services are designed to detect and alert you to potential leaks, but cannot guarantee prevention of all water damage or property loss.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about your property
Allow access for equipment installation and maintenance
Respond promptly to leak alerts and notifications
Maintain proper insurance coverage for your property

Limitations of Liability

AllTheLeaks provides detection services as a monitoring tool. We are not liable for:

Property damage resulting from undetected leaks
Equipment failures or technical malfunctions
False alarms or missed detections
Indirect or consequential damages

Payment Terms

Service fees are due as specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for equipment return and any outstanding fees.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
